Dr. Chongzhi Zang's Lab for Computational Biology is located at the University of Virginia. The research in the lab focuses on developing computational methodologies and integrative genomics approaches to study functional epigenetics and transcriptional regulation of gene expression in a variety of mammalian cell systems and human diseases such as cancer.
